If you're not sure how to find the right mental health practitioner, you can:

- Search for a psychologist or psychological associate in Ontario.
- Find a therapist on Psychology Today. To find a counselor nearby, enter your city or postal code. The services here aren't free but your insurance may cover the cost.

Free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth (above the age of 15), to manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry. BounceBack Ontario provides professional support over the phone and through online videos. They give you access to tools that help you on your path to mental wellbeing.

EveryMind
An accredited child and youth mental health agency. It offers a wide variety of high-quality services for infants, children, youth, young adults (up to age 25), and their families or caregivers, if they are experiencing emotional challenges like difficulties with their feelings, relationships, or behaviour. All services provided are confidential, voluntary, and free of charge.

Specializes in mental health and substance use support. It offers services to people across Canada and to Canadians living abroad. The services offered are in both English and French.
