BounceBack Ontario
Free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth (above the age of 15), to manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry. BounceBack Ontario provides professional support over the phone and through online videos. They give you access to tools that help you on your path to mental wellbeing. This is not a counselling or crisis service.

EveryMind
An accredited child and youth mental health agency. It offers a wide variety of high-quality services for infants, children, youth, young adults (up to age 25), and their families or caregivers, if they are experiencing emotional challenges like difficulties with their feelings, relationships, or behaviour. All services provided are confidential, voluntary, and free of charge.
